Announcement of the Launch of Custom-Made and Interactive BPO Services for Primary Industry Workers and Regional Revitalization Organizations
Press ReleaseMirai Inc. (Headquarters: Hiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture; CEO: Akira Seno) is launching a custom-made and interactive BPO service called “recopit” aimed at primary industry operators and regional revitalization organizations. This service restructures back-office functions in collaboration with clients to meet their specific needs. As part of the launch campaign, we are offering free online consultations on an ongoing basis.
What is “recopit”?
“recopit” is a tailor-made BPO service designed to respond flexibly to the detailed needs of primary industry operators and regional revitalization organizations (*). The name combines the meanings of “Rebuild” (restructuring), “Co” (together), and “Pit” (a place for maintenance), representing a platform where clients and experts can collaboratively rethink and rebuild business operations through back-office restructuring.
(*) Regional revitalization organizations include non-profit organizations, RMOs, regional trading companies, DMOs, and similar groups and enterprises.
Background of Service Launch
Through our extensive consulting experience with many primary industry operators and regional revitalization organizations, we have observed a common dilemma: they struggle to start working on what they want or need to do. This stems not only from local labor shortages but also from the unique characteristics of their industries and operations, the difficulty of organizing and segmenting tasks in response to ever-changing social and regional needs, and the challenge of fully utilizing existing services and solutions.
To address these issues, this service leverages our accumulated know-how in DX support, regional telework hubs, and management support for primary industry operators to provide solutions starting from back-office function optimization.
This service not only accepts tasks that clients have no capacity to handle but also works with them to analyze overall back-office challenges and develop tailored task-sharing structures. Through this, we aim to help build a foundation that allows clients and communities to pursue what they most want and need to do.
Meaning of “Interactive”
The term “interactive” in this service has two meanings. First, it emphasizes co-creation through two-way communication to meet the diverse needs of primary industry operators and regional revitalization organizations. Second, it reflects the importance of organizing back-office tasks in a way that allows these operations—potentially serving as regional employment hubs—to be delegated back to local areas as needed.
