Hiroshima Prefecture is planning to establish a new hospital with approximately 1,000 beds at the north exit of Hiroshima Station (Futabanosato, Higashi-ku, Hiroshima City), integrating Prefectural Hiroshima Hospital, JR Hiroshima Hospital, Chuden Hospital, and HIPRAC, as a “Center for Advanced Medical Care and Human Resource Development” with the goal of 2030. This center aims to provide top-level advanced medical services nationwide and to cultivate and circulate medical personnel. The Joint Venture will undertake PMO operations accompanying the system implementation that supports this new hospital project.
The introduction of this system in the project will contribute to solving two major issues faced by Hiroshima Prefecture: physician shortage and dispersion of medical resources. It will become a critically important infrastructure foundation for medical DX (Digital Transformation) in Hiroshima Prefecture.

The Joint Venture’s proposal, based on the principles of “Cloud First,” “Customer First,” and “Smartphone First,” was highly evaluated for the following points:
1. A thorough understanding of the importance of this project
2. Rich experience and proven track record in project management
3. Contingency planning approach based on past achievements and experience
4. Adoption of the JV (joint venture) method to realize a short delivery period
