Objective

By developing telework personnel using satellite offices—a new working style effective for COVID-19 countermeasures—we aim to create new employment opportunities and increase the possibility of attracting companies that utilize the trained workforce.

Overview & Approach

For those interested in telework or working from home but unsure how to start or lacking confidence due to a career gap, we held courses aimed at building basic telework skills and mastering essential online work tools.

The curriculum covered how to use essential tools for online work, preparation and environment setup, and practical skills closely related to actual job tasks.
