Due to population decline and an aging society with fewer children, the city faces a critical situation where the future workforce is depleting. To create a sustainable regional economy, it is essential to cultivate advanced industrial human resources such as IT and creative professionals who can work remotely from Amakusa, attract young people and women, and expect high income. This aims to increase the working-age population and improve the competitiveness of local companies.
We held courses to cultivate human resources that young people and women find attractive, allowing them to perform desired jobs remotely from regional areas. Participants acquired skills to succeed in various fields, focusing on IT-centered creative professionals and telework personnel, thereby fostering confidence and a sense of purpose.
