Job Description

You will be responsible for solving various issues faced by local governments and private companies. (You can engage in all tasks or only in specific areas you specialize in.)
  • Policy and strategy planning, formulating various plans, and conducting the necessary research and analysis
  • Project planning, design, and operational support
  • Support for acquiring subsidies and grants
  • Proposal sales for acquiring such projects, responding to public offerings, and executing the work after receiving the contract

Employment Type

Full-time (3-month probation period)

Work Location

To be discussed (residence is flexible)
* Remote work is possible; business trips may be required for distant projects

Working Hours

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Holidays

Weekends, national holidays, New Year holidays, and other days specified by the company

Compensation

2,000,000 to 12,000,000 JPY annually
Determined based on experience, ability, and commitment after joining
Annual salary increase and biannual bonuses based on performance evaluations

Required Experience

  • Experience in proposal sales and successful project acquisition (planning, creating materials, sales)
  • Experience as a lead in the desired field
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience or expertise in project planning or operations in any of the following fields:
    • Regional revitalization, sports & healthcare
    • Designated management, PPP/PFI, DX
    • IT service implementation, system development
    • Agriculture, forestry and fisheries, tourism, recruitment support
    • Marketing & promotion
    • Branding, B2B, B2C, and B2G sales
  • Experience in proposing and executing public project contracts for local governments

Job Description

Primarily supporting companies and local governments in the Tokyo metropolitan area with various tasks online.
Document creation, Excel survey aggregation, PowerPoint proposal materials, domestic and overseas desk research, translation, interviews, minute-taking, transcription, general admin, HR & recruitment, DTP design, flyers, posters, banners, landing pages, web design, social media planning & management, video editing & production, seminar and workshop planning, consulting, on-site work, etc.

Required Skills

  • Basic Office software skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Chatwork, Slack, Google, etc.

  • Installed Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • PC with built-in or external webcam
  • Smartphone required
