We believe that improving community health forms the foundation for increasing both exchange and affiliated population.

Based on this agreement, we will support the structuring of a vision for community development through sports in Kamo City by identifying and researching relevant issues, coordinating with related organizations, and proposing concrete project plans. We will also proactively engage in other initiatives necessary to achieve the goals of this agreement.

▼What is the Regional Revitalization Corporate Personnel system?

The Regional Revitalization Corporate Personnel system is a human resource dispatch initiative promoted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. Under this program, companies located in the three major metropolitan areas enter into agreements with local governments in regional areas to dispatch employees to those municipalities for a period of 6 months to 3 years. These employees contribute immediately by applying their expertise and knowledge to address regional challenges, thereby promoting regional revitalization.
