Our consultant, Shinichiro Nomoto, participated as a lecturer in the “Learning Digitalization Through Videos: Introduction to DX for the Foodservice Industry” hosted by the Hiroshima Prefecture DX Promotion Community. Targeting those in the foodservice industry, he spoke about how to incorporate digital technologies and the benefits of doing so, using concrete examples, especially given the severe impact COVID-19 has had on the industry.
