Mr. Kenta Nakamura, our company’s consultant and representative director of Creed Performance, has opened a personal training gym, “CREED,” on Sunday, August 1, in Kagurazaka, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
Kazuhiko Tomooka, who was the first Japanese Head Strength Coach in Major League Baseball and currently coaches numerous professional and amateur athletes, serves as the Performance Director. Alongside him, a team of experienced and energetic coaches supports the health and fitness of all clients.
At CREED, with the motto “Do the right thing, the right way,”
Tomooka combines over 20 years of experience and knowledge supporting top athletes with elements of sports science such as functional anatomy and exercise physiology, offering a unique method that even beginners can practice, including those who:
