Employees in our Consulting Division also serve as technical review committee members for the “Technical Review Committee on the Evaluation of Agricultural and Rural Development Subsidy Projects” organized by the Hokuriku Regional Agricultural Administration Office.

Water is the source of life, and soil provides abundant blessings. The Agricultural and Rural Development Projects encompass a range of initiatives that support agriculture, which is carried out in harmony with nature, by managing water and soil resources. These projects include the construction of dams and weirs to secure agricultural water for rice paddies, the improvement of paddy fields and farmland to enhance farming conditions, development of agricultural roads for transporting farm products, and environmental improvements in rural areas.

[Issues and Details]

We conduct technical reviews together with the Hokuriku Regional Agricultural Administration Office on the following matters:

● “Development of Agricultural Production Infrastructure” aiming to improve agricultural productivity by developing facilities such as fields, irrigation channels, and farm roads.

● “Development of Living Environment” to create a rich and comfortable rural environment through development of village roads, village drainage facilities, rural parks, etc.

● “Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Measures” to strengthen disaster resilience in rural areas by developing reservoirs, drainage channels, and other facilities.
