Our company will promote regional revitalization through collaboration with companies in Semboku City, Akita Prefecture, and establish our ninth satellite office in Semboku City as a base.

On August 1, 2023, a new base called “ORENCHI” (meaning “My Place”), centered around a coworking space operated by Yumeijin Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Semboku City, Akita Prefecture; CEO: Makito Kohdaira), will open in front of Kakunodate Station on the Akita Shinkansen line. In conjunction with the opening, a “Opening Ceremony” will be held at 1:30 pm on August 1 with the companies planning to move into the satellite office.

Kakunodate is a scenic tourist destination known for its “Samurai Residences,” accessible in about three hours from Tokyo without transfers via the Akita Shinkansen, and famous for seasonal attractions such as “spring cherry blossoms” and “autumn foliage.”

The newly opened “ORENCHI,” located in front of Kakunodate Station, will serve as a new regional hub that combines a “tourism base,” “satellite office and coworking space,” and a “study space for students.”

Within “ORENCHI,” in addition to our company, Rivenri Akita Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Semboku City, Akita Prefecture; CEO: Makoto Sakurai) will establish its headquarters office, and Kasho Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yutong Wang) will open a satellite office.

Overview of “ORENCHI”
The name “ORENCHI” was chosen through a public contest held at Kakunodate High School and Semboku City Kakunodate Junior High School in Akita Prefecture. The reason for the name is to express the desire to create a “homey place” where local middle and high school students can casually say, “Let’s go to ORENCHI!”
