This training program was held for local tourism associations, accommodation providers (ryokan inns, guesthouses, hotels), and staff of local high schools and universities. We invited Mr. Yoshiteru Nishi, the chef for Japan’s national soccer team, and Mr. Masaaki Koido, head coach of the University of Tsukuba football team, as lecturers. The training focused on how to properly host sports training camps and tournaments—from meal preparation and hospitality to understanding the needs of athletes and teams.
